Bungalow Home Staging & Redesign offers a wide range of affordable Re-design, One Day Room Makeovers and Staging services to meet every homeowner and Realtor’s needs.

Staging Consultation & Top Ten Report   $275 & Up

This 2 hour consultation begins with an analysis of the entire property that starts at the curb. The emphasis will be on the main focal points of the home such as the living areas and the bedrooms. We evaluate the home to provide a list of critical improvements that should be completed. We will also recommend paint colors, furniture placement and accessories that may be purchased or rented from us to make the home more appealing to buyers.  After the consultation, a written report  with suggestions for maximizing the home’s appeal will be given to you. You can complete the work yourself or we can return to implement those changes.

** Additional fee applies if the time exceeds 2 hours.

“Walk And Talk” Verbal Staging Consultation $200

2 hour staging consultation that is exactly the same as above but does not include a written report. We suggest the homeowner take notes as we walk throught the home.

Half Day Of Staging  $ 425 & Up

This service is for the home that needs a little extra attention and expertise and takes place after the Staging Consultation.  A Bungalow Home Staging consultant will be working from our Action Plan we began in the consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. Whenever possible, we will use furnishings and accessories you already own, to keep your costs low and maximize your return  on investment. Sometimes a few key accessories will need to be purchased or you can rent from our extensive inventory in order to complete the look of each room.  We will re- arrange furniture, hang artwork and create those ” emotional connection points” buyers are looking for. Your home will be tranformed and ” show ready” when we are done.

Full Day Of Staging $725 & UP

This service is for the home that requires more time and attention and takes place after the Staging Consultation. We will roll up our sleeves and spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home using the suggested recommendations (such as bedding, towels and pillows) and you can purchase your own or rent from our extensive inventory all the other accessories needed to create that ” wow” factor. You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  Your home will be a “buyers dream” and you will have great photos for your agents marketing efforts.

Vacant Home Staging

Prices vary depending on the number of rooms that need to be staged. We highly recommend staging the main rooms of the house ( Living Room, Dining Room and Master Bedroom). We do this by renting the furniture and adding our own accessories from our extensive inventory. Please call us for more information and we will email you an information sheet with pricing.

Staging To Live or Redesign $100 Hr

We will meet with you in your home and we will go over any dilemmas you might have and recommend cost effective changes. Together we can decide on a Color Scheme and we will suggest furniture placement, window treatments and accessories to bring it all together to create a comfortable inviting space. Most of the time you will be using what you already own and will only have to spend a minimum amount to transform the room.  We can shop with you or for you and you will be amazed how far we can make your budget stretch. We shop thrift stores, discount stores and can even transform your dated , tired furniture into something new and fresh. Good design does not have to be expensive and we have the creativity to get it done on even the smallest of budgets.

Shopping Services  $100 Hr  2hr/min

We offer shopping services where we shop with you or purchase these items for you. Simple inexpensive purchases can go a long way in changing the look of a home, plus we know where to get all the great discounts!  We shop the sales, and know exactly where to purchase what you need.

Color Consultation  $100 Hr

Most people avoid painting a room because it can be stressful and overwhelming. There are so many color choices that it’s hard to know where to begin. We take into consideration your personal taste and furnishings as well as natural (or unnatural) lighting so you can avoid costly mistakes and get it right the first time.
