Staging Consultation & Written Report   $275 & Up

The consultation begins with an analysis of the entire property that starts at the curb. The emphasis will be on the main focal points of the home such as the living areas and the bedrooms. We examine and evaluate the home to provide a list of critical improvements that should be completed. We will also recommend paint colors, furniture placement and accessories that may be purchased to make the home more appealing to buyers.  After the consultation you will receive a written report  with suggestions for maximizing the home’s appeal. You can complete the work yourself or we can return to implement those changes.

Half Day Of Staging  $ 375 & Up

 This service is for the home that needs a little extra attention and expertise and takes place after the Staging Consultation.  A Bungalow Home Staging consultant will be working from our 8-step Action Plan we began in the consultation, to make dramatic transformations to the main areas of the home. Whenever possible, we will use furnishings and accessories you already own, to keep your costs low and maximize your return  on investment. Sometimes a few key accessories will need to be purchased or you can rent from our extensive inventory in order to complete the look of each room.  We will re- arrange furniture, hang artwork and create those ” emotional connection points” buyers are looking for. Your home will be tranformed and ” show ready” when we are done.

Full Day Of Staging $675 & UP

This service is for the home that requires more time and attention and takes place after the Staging Consultation. We will roll up our sleeves and spend a full day making dramatic transformations to your home using the suggested recommendations (such as bedding, towels and pillows) and we bring in all the other accessories needed to create that ” wow” factor. You won’t believe the difference a day can make!  Your home will be a “buyers dream” and you will have great photos for your agents marketing efforts.

New Listing Or Open House Staging Weekend ( Complete Package) $1350 & Up

This service is perfect for the house that is just about to go onto the market OR have an Open House and takes place after the Staging consultation. A Bungalow Home Staging Consultant will spend two days prior to that weekend transforming the house to look like a “Model Home”. The consultant will be working of off a detailed Action Plan that was created during the consultation in order to complete the transformations at the end of the session. This will include cleaning,  furniture re-arranging, de-cluttering, and packing up unnecessary items as well as ” Showcasing” the home .We will be using some of your things and include all other needed accessories ( except soft furnishings) for 3 months.

Staging To Dwell $75 Hr

We will meet with you in your home and we will go over any dilemmas you might have and recommend cost effective changes. Together we can decide on a Color Scheme and we will suggest furniture placement, window treatments and accessories to bring it all together to create a comfortable inviting space. Most of the time you will be using what you already own and will only have to spend a minimum amount to transform the room.  We can shop with you or for you and you will be amazed how far we can make your budget stretch. We shop thrift stores, discount stores and can even transform your dated , tired furniture into something new and fresh. Good design does not have to be expensive and we have the creativity to get it done on even the smallest of budgets.

Shopping Services  $75 Hr

We offer shopping services where we shop with you or purchase these items for you. Simple inexpensive purchases can go a long way in changing the look of a home, plus we know where to get all the great discounts!  We shop the sales, and know exactly where to purchase what you need. We also have access to ” Trade ” only showrooms where we can shop for that special piece.

Color Consultation  $75 Hr

We will meet with you in your home and make color suggestions and together we will come up with a color palette for one room or even a whole house.  Paint can really transform a house and costs very little. Gardening Services  $75 Hr Plus Cost Of Materials

Curb appeal is critical and can make or break a sale, therefore, we provide gardening services such as seasonal plantings, flower boxes and container gardens to enhance your outdoor spaces. You only have one chance to make a great first impression and flowers will make your house stand out from the competition, and you can take your containers with you when you move.
