Luci Terhune, owner of Bungalow Home Staging & Redesign has always been passionate about transforming and creating beautiful interior and exterior spaces. She is self-motivated and detail oriented and welcomes the challenge of helping homeowners sell their biggest investment.

She worked for 25 years as a Hairdresser and Colorist, and her entire career was all about ” transformations”. Needing a new way to express her creativity she decided to pursue her “ dream job” and jumped at the chance to train with HSR and start Bungalow Home Staging & Redesign. Now, she enjoys ” transforming” houses and making them the best they can be.

In a short time in operation she has already achieved success in her business. She is the proud Stager of choice for Wanaque Reserve, www.Wanaquereserve.com a new community from Del Webb Homes where she works with potential buyers to sell their present home.

She is a member of ASHSR ( American Society of Home Stagers and Redesigners) as well as an active member of RESA ( Real Estate Staging Association). www.realestatestagingassociation.com and this past February was granted the RESA-PRO™ designation. This designation holds professional homestagers to the highest standards of business, ethics and integrity and also requires continuing education courses every 2 years.

Luci truly loves what she is doing and it is ultimate goal to help Realtors and Homeowners in Northern and Central New Jersey make sure their needs are met, whether they are moving on or just need help updating the décor in their present home.

I really thought staging was all about the pillows and the knick knacks, but I was very impressed with Luci’s suggestions on how to make may place look more open and spacious. There were so many things I had not considered that would change any potential buyer’s perception of my place, such as emptying closets to show how big they are, etc. She was able to use most of my furniture, but did suggest I obtain a different dining room table. I had a large rectangular glass table that took up a lot of space. She suggested a small round table. My place looks amazing. I wish I didn’t have to sell now. Fifteen realtors came to the realtor open house for my place, which is unheard of since they have all seen condos in The Mill before. Everyone who has seen it loves it. I have been house hunting in San Francisco, and every place I have seen has been staged. I am surprised home staging isn’t done more here in New Jersey. I highly recommend it.
