Luci Terhune, owner and lead interior stylist of Bungalow Home Staging & Redesign, is a Professional Certified Home Stager and Interior Redecorator specializing in “One Day Decorating” services. As a full service licensed and insured Professional Home Staging Company located in Nutley, it serves Realtors and homeowners in Northern and Central NJ.

After working for over for over 25 years in another creative field and needing a new way to express her creativity she decided to pursue her “ dream job” and jumped at the chance to train with HSR, get certified and start Bungalow Home Staging & Redesign.

She has achieved quick success and has become an expert home stager in her area specializing in the commuter towns of Maplewood and Nutley. By partnering with top producing Real Estate agents in her area she has helped homeowners make their homes stand out while on a tight budget.

In January 2012, after training with Lauri Ward, she became a Certified Interior Redecorator and now offers “One Day Decorating” services using what you already own. There is no need to buy anything new but in some cases a few new items are recommended to update the space and make you fall in love with your home again. You won’t believe how different your room can look in just a few hours!

She is also the proud Stager of choice for Wanaque Reserve, www.Wanaquereserve.com a new community from Del Webb Homes where she works with potential buyers to sell their present home and then continues working with them by providing move-in decorating services for their new space.

She is an active member of the Nutley Chamber Of Commerce as well as an active member of RESA ( Real Estate Staging Association). www.realestatestagingassociation.com and in February of 2011 was granted the RESA-PRO™ designation. This designation holds professional homestagers to the highest standards of business, ethics and integrity and also requires continuing education courses every 2 years. Later that year Luci was also thrilled and honored to be named as a finalist in the Real Estate Staging Association™ (RESA) Home Staging Industry Award™ in the Rookie Stager Of The Year™ 2011 for the Northeast region.
