Can today really be May 1st? Time flies when you’re busy and April had us working nonstop!

As a company, we have seen major growth this past year and it was time to bring on an assistant for most of our projects.  This has worked out great and resulted in us also hiring someone to do our billing and paperwork. So, maybe, just maybe I’ll be able to post more often.

We worked on quite a few homes  last month but I’ll start with this luxury Short Hills home we had the privilege to work on.

It was already furnished with the owners furniture but we did have to come in and tweak a few things, have some rooms painted and of course bring in our accessories to give it that wow factor!

What do you think?

Not too shabby right? This house is getting tons of interest although the price is well over $2 million:) I

We also staged this smaller starter home in Elmwood Park that although it had been totally rehabbed, it sat empty for over 2 months without any offers. Thanks to our savvy realtor partner Will Afaro, the seller decided to stage it before doing a price reduction.

After we got done doing our thing and getting it professionally photographed, it received multiple offers in just 3 days!

Two very different homes in very different price ranges but both staged with the same goal in mind… Making them luxurious and appealing to today’s savvy buyers!

I hope you enjoyed the tour! Enjoy your weekend!
