I have so much going on that I have no business trolling Craigslist for anything.. but alas I found a sofa that is brand news with the tags still attached for $375! Yay! I haven’t seen it in person yet but hope to bring this baby home to my warehouse for upcoming staging projects.

Wonder if its already gone?

And I love this Bamboo bench! I wish I had a place for it somewhere… A new cushion and you’d have a gorgeous bench for $35!

And you seriously can’t beat $350 for this entire dining room set!

As a NJ Decorator, I work with clients all the time that are saving to buy a dining room set and I almost always recommend looking on CL first.. When working on a tight budget this is my my go to place followed by thrift stores such as Salvation Army, etc…

Why wait that long to save for something when there are so many used dining rom sets available for a steal? Formal dining rooms are rarely used anymore so most of these sets are in great shape.

I would remove the hutch and use only the server on the bottom and add a great mirror over it..

I can almost see it painted in black and the chairs recovered in a gorgeous fabric.. Like this one here..
