Hi there ~

Pinterest is addicting and my “Things To Make” board is growing…  So, I’m trying to make a concentrated effort to actually make some of these things!

A little over a year now some friends and I decided to get together once a month for a “Girls Craft Night”. This is something we do with our daughters who are all teenagers (ages 12-16) and we have a great time.

Some of the projects we’ve tackled are super simple and take only a few minutes (more time for eating & drinking) like this one.

And then there were more time consuming projects like this book wreath. This was a favorite of the group (kids made a smaller version) and we all still have ours up!

Here is mine hanging on a blackboard in my dining room.

Then we decided to tackle something a little more difficult, and let’s say, it was exactly that:)

Sunburst mirror made out of wood shims.
It wasn’t hard to do, but you tend to run out of room to work in!

This was our inspiration photo and even though it didn’t come exactly like it, it was a fun project.
Here is another version I’d love to tackle. Isn’t it pretty?

The pictures below are all projects I’ve pinned and hope to get to in the coming months.

Rosette Pillows

Pretty Painted Bottles

West Elm Spheres

Of course, there are so many more… Do you have any crafts pinned?

Come on over to Pinterest and see what else I’ve pinned and who knows, you might actually make something!
