Our Mission

Our goal at Bungalow Home Staging & Redesign is a simple one. We will work with homeowners and realtors to bring out the best features of a home and we believe that starts at the front door.

Using our knowledge of Color and Design principles, we will create “Curb Appeal” and fresh up to date interiors that will have buyers saying “This is the one”.

Whether you are preparing your home to sell or are just looking to create a functional, inviting home, we are dedicated to providing you with quality, affordable design services.

 Staging FAQ’s

Q. Why use a Home Stager? 92% of potential home buyers start their search on the internet. When your home has been staged, it reflects in the pictures and will generate more traffic to your property.

 Q. How much does it cost? Professional Home Staging is actually not as expensive as most people think, especially when you consider the possibility of having to take a 5-10% reduction of your selling price if your home sits on the market. On average an occupied home can be staged for about 1-3% of the asking price, often times even less. But, like all professional services, each home is unique and will vary in the amount of staging it needs.

 Q. Why should I stage my home in this slow market? Selling a house is certainly more of a challenge in this slow market. Listings exceed demand and that means your home is competing with a lot of other homes in your price range.

Staging your home removes objections from buyers and creates added value to your home and homes that have been professionally staged sell 50% faster and for up to 10% more money. Don’t lower your asking price, have your home professionally staged.

Q. What is the difference between Staging & Redesign?

Staging is about de-personalizing a space to make it appeal to a large pool of buyers.

Redesign is generally decorating with what you have and personalizing a space to the homeowners taste and interest. The way a home is decorated for “living” and the way it is staged to sell are two totally different things.
